SatyanarayanMohanty is the founder of DCOR Consulting. He serves as the Director of the firm since the time of its inception in 2008. Mr. Mohanty holds Master degree in Social Work and is a Diploma holder in Public Health Nutrition. He is also an MBA and law graduate (LLB). He has over 23 years of experience in the social development sector, including experience in public health, nutrition, water, sanitation, hygiene, agriculture, education, livelihood, resettlement & rehabilitation, and governance. His expertise includes social research (both quantitative & qualitative), monitoring & evaluation, evidence-based policy development and programme design and implementation. He has substantial experience of rendering consulting services to agencies like the World Bank, WHO, PWC, GAIN, CARE, Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives, IPE Global, Options-UK, TINI-Tata Trust, etc. He has extensively contributed to various research studies/trials conducted by LSHTM, IFPRI, IDS-University of Sussex, George Washington University, John Hopkins University, McGill University, etc. He has also experience of working in large scale programs supported by funding agencies like BMGF, USAID, DFID, EU, ILO, etc. He conducted a number of socio-economic studies for NTPC, MCL, Jindal Steel, TATA, Monnet, OTPCL, Visa Power, etc. Prior to establishing DCOR, Mr. Mohanty worked with Xavier Institute of Management, CARE and few other consulting firms.

Chartered Accountant Sourjya Prakash Mohapatra is the founder Director of DCOR. He a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is the past Chairperson of Cuttack Branch of ICAI. During this short span of Practice he has dealt with, Preparation Project Reports, Project Financing, Advising on Capital Structuring and on Capital Issue, Company Law, Taxation etc. Co-ordinating and bought-out deal, besides regular Audit and Accounting activities. Before came to practice he had worked with IMFA Group of Companies (Viz, INDIAN METALS & FERRO ALLOYS LTD., INDIAN CHARGE CHROME LTD., in different capacities and different functions namely Accounting, Factory Accounting, dealing with Bankers, Working Capital Assessment, Company Law matters, Public Issue, Settlement of Audit Queries/consolidations of accounts. During this tenure (i.e. 1986-1994) he had exposure to a computerized environment. During this tenure also attended various seminar and training program. He was advised on financial & accounting matters relating to power sector restructuring under the aegis of Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC).
Sibabrata Behera

SibabrataBehera, is one of the co-founders of DCOR Consulting and serves as the General Manager of the firm. Since the time of its inception, he has been a constant and positive force to shape the growth of DCOR. Mr. Behera is a graduate in economics and an MBA. He has over 12 years of work experience in conducting social sector research and program monitoring & evaluation with expertise in maternal, child & adolescent health; school education; displacement, resettlement & rehabilitation; local self-governance; and water, sanitation & hygiene. He is technically well versed with conducting anthropometry measurements like height, weight, MUAC, etc.; biometric tests like Hb testing, malaria testing, etc.; and GPS handling. Mr. Behera provides technical insights to various studies and assignments being conducted by DCOR particularly in database management and data analytics. He has a good hold over quantitative & qualitative data analytic software like SPSS, STATA, CSPro, NVivo and ATLAS.ti. He has extensively provided research and program management services to agencies like the World Bank, WHO, GAIN, UNOPS-NIPI, St. John Research Institute, McGill University, TINI, DFID supported TMST, BTAST& OGIP, IPE Global, PWC, ICICI, Government Departments, etc. As a General Manager, Mr. Behera oversees the administration and financial matters of DCOR.
Manoj Kumar Parida

Manoj Kumar Parida manages DCORs' response to funding opportunities; creating consortia, building relationships and networks, and leading the business development in terms of a range of large and small proposals from concept to submission. Mr. Parida has over 8 years of experience in the field of health, nutrition, education, agriculture, livelihood, water, sanitation & hygiene. He holds master degree in business management (MBA). Mr. Parida, before leading the new business & partnerships, gained vast experience of acquiring technical expertise in conducting quantitative and qualitative research; and program management by working with national and international level collaborators like IFPRI, The World Bank, WHO, SJRI, LSHTM, APPI, McGill University, IDS-University of Sussex, John Hopkin’s University, IPE Global and Options UK. His past experiences focused on leading large bid processes, strategic planning, systems change and project management. Mr. Parida’s skills include: business development, programme design, project management, grant management, capacity building, and monitoring, evaluation and learning. Bikash Kumar Panda leads the programme support functions at DCOR. As a program support manager, Mr. Panda is instrumental for bringing success to various assignments taken-up by DCOR by providing human resource and financial management support. He is a commerce graduate and an MBA. He oversees accounting and financial audit of DCOR. Besides, he provides oversight support to the research and programme team as and when needed in terms of empaneling & recruiting manpower for various research & other assignments, conducting HR training, procurement of supplies & equipment, quality assurance of field assignments, etc. He ensures effective utilization of financial resources through continuous monitoring & supervision of projects. Ms. Swain has extensively worked in sectors like health, education, agriculture, livelihood, water, sanitation & hygiene, etc. She has good experience of conducting both quantitative and qualitative studies, including piloting of research tools, household listing, random selection of sample respondents, training of research team, rolling out CAPI based data collection, managing anthropometry & bio-metric data collections, data quality assurance, database management, data analysis, etc. She has worked in research studies and projects supported by Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives, IDS-University of Sussex, Valid International, Project HOPE, government departments, etc. She has expertise in developing ODK based android applications for quantitative data collection and has also expertise in qualitative data coding & analysis using NVivo.

Gopal KrushnaBhoi brings in programme implementation expertise to DCOR. Mr. Bhoi did his Master in Social Work and is a law graduate (LLB). With more than 22 years of experience in program implementation, Mr. Bhoi plays an advisory role for effective implementation & management of development studies and programmes. He has been associated with DCOR since the time of its inception and has immensely contributed in shaping the growth of the firm. He has led several implementation projects on school education; maternal, child & adolescent health; nutrition; local self-governance; water, sanitation & hygiene; skill development; etc. Prior to his association with DCOR, Mr. Bhoi worked with some internationally reputed agencies like Xavier Institute of Management, Kalinga Institute of Social Science (KISS) and IPE Global. He specializes in Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), vocational skill building, public system strengthening, advocacy, partnership building, management information system, monitoring & evaluation, etc. He played leading and management roles in several projects supported by the World Bank, GAIN, PWC, St. John Research Institute, Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives, IDS-University of Sussex, DFID Supported TMST and OGIP, government departments, etc.

Armed with an involvement of multiple years in social research studies, his dexterity in analyzing data helps our clients with succinct reporting of the findings of the research studies. Adept in using digital tools like NVIVO, he has been leading teams of translators, transcribers, coders, analysts and quality assurers to deliver reports of study findings to our clients in a time-bound manner.
